We developed a cloud-based, HIPAA-compliant patient management platform that integrated all existing systems, providing a unified view of patient data. The solution included telehealth capabilities, automated appointment scheduling, and real-time analytics dashboards.
Implementation
The project was completed in 4 phases over 6 months. We started with a thorough audit of existing systems, followed by API development for integration, then built the core platform, and finally implemented telehealth features. We conducted extensive training for all staff members.
